Oregon's Diverse Forests: History and Sustainability 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Join us for this full-day tour of public and private forestlands in Washington and Tillamook counties. Along the way, we’ll visit four different forest ownerships and examine how the owners’ diverse objectives combine to help sustain the environmental, social and economic contributions of Oregon’s forests. We’ll begin our tour at the World Forestry Center and we’ll also visit the new Tillamook Forest Center along the Wilson River. So grab those walking shoes and join us on this educational forest tour!
