KOG
Ranger Program is a kid-friendly, parent/teacher-involved interactive website. Students discover Oregon’s forests, learn about the types of human-caused
wildfires that threaten the forests, and explore ways they can help prevent
those types of wildfires. After completing the program and registering with
the Keep Oregon Green Association, students are rewarded with a t-shirt, patch,
and Certificate of Completion.
Teacher
lesson plans and printed activities are also included. Classrooms and entire
schools are urged to participate and receive a plaque upon
completion.
